SUSTECH STD 4B Specifications

OVERVIEW

SUSTECH’s mid-level ECU is a compact ECU. It allows for more control of the engine such as VTEC/VVL and Launch Control as standard. The ECU can accept inputs from most common RPM triggers while still focusing on being cost effective for the user.

The ECU also offers twin built-in igniter modules thus allowing you to run the engines coils without the need for an external igniter module, therefore reducing your total installation cost. It is capable of single coil setup or running a 4 cylinder in wasted spark mode.

Below we give a brief overview of what the SUSTECH STD 4B ECU has to offer, followed by a more detailed description of each feature, as well as discussing the more advanced functions.

SAFETY FEATURES

Status LEDs

Boost Limiter

  • Adjustable Boost limiter can be set to the RPM of your choice and can cut fuel, spark, or both

Radiator Fans

  • Error Detection on Radiator fan input for wire failure or unplugging during operation to force radiator fans on

Rev Limiter

  • Adjustable Rev limiter can be set to the RPM of your choice and can cut fuel, spark, or both

High/Low Boost Control

  • Allows the user to set the boost via an electronic solenoid valve

INPUTS

Anti-Lag Launch Control

  • Fast responding launch control helps to produce boost quicker
  • Can be activated at idle, but the ECU will not initiate Launch function until it reaches the Launch RPM

Laptop data logging

  • Data log all available channels directly to the laptop
  • Logging rate of all channels at up to 250 Hz
  • Save datalogs to your hard drive for viewing at a later stage
  • Can be used for tuning and diagnostics
  • Logs Fuel ms, Fuel Duty %, Ignition Timing, Lambda (AFR), Water temp, Battery Voltage, MAP Sensor (boost/vacuum), TPS, Idle valve %, and more
