OVERVIEW

SUSTECH’s entry level ECU is a compact ECU with everything you need to get a vehicle running. The primary focus of this ECU is cost effectiveness. It achieves this by incorporating a built-in ignitor module. This allows it to run your engine’s coil without the need for an external ignitor, thus reducing your total installation cost.

Below we give a brief overview of what the SUSTECH ECO 4A ECU has to offer, followed by a more detailed description of each feature, as well as discussing the more advanced functions below that.

Radiator Fans

  • Error Detection on Radiator fan input for wire failure or unplugging during operation will force radiator fans on

Rev Limiter

  • Adjustable Rev limiter can be set to the RPM of your choice and can cut fuel, spark, or both

TUNING

Laptop data logging

  • Data log all available channels directly to the laptop
  • Logging rate of all channels at up to 250 Hz
  • Save datalogs to your hard drive for viewing at a later stage
  • Can be used for tuning and diagnostics
  • Logs Fuel ms, Fuel Duty %, Ignition Timing, Lambda (AFR), Water temp, Air Temp, Battery Voltage, MAP Sensor (boost/vacuum), TPS, Idle valve %, and more

Fuel Map Size

  • Table Resolution selectable up to 17 x 15 load sites for finer tuning accuracy

Ignition Map Size

  • Table Resolution up to 6 x 15

  • User selectable from 500rpm spacing up to 750rpm spacing
